Salsacise is back
The next Salsacise course will commence Tuesday May 6th.
You don't need to be living in a tropical environment for a hot, hot workout! This high/low impact fiesta is packed with fat blasting choroegraphy, sizzling with a spicy latin dance flavour that will turn up the body heat.
You do not need to be a dancer, you can easily learn the easy-to-follow dance steps and put some latin attitude into your hip sway and get loose. You'll burn the fat, feeling the beat of the Mambo, Cha Cha and lots more.
As well as toning your arms, legs and torso Salsacise is a fantastic cardiovascular workout so it is great for building your heart strenght. Classes are ideal for women of any size that are willing to spend an hour with a difference
